decorated room extra kitchenette super clean room
We received the one-bedroom suite. it was beautifully decorated and super clean. the added extra of a kitchenette was a bonus. We did not hesitate to recommend it to others.
The bathroom door didn't lock. It was a little inconvenient.

the location was so near theaters. the staff are helpful. rooms are spacious for the area, they are furnished nicely, so romantic. the continental breakfast IS a delight.

the staff was very friendly it is clear you're paying for the location
the entrance to the hotel is a narrow corridor it is cramped i was given a room on the first floor noise from the restaurant was audible in the room the breakfast is below average

fantastic stay!
spacious penthouse suite comfortable bed private terrace
we stayed in the penthouse suite at the beginning of the month. the room was spacious for the area. it included two bedrooms and a sofa bed. the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet! the private terrace included views of skyscrapers.
I noticed a slight issue with the shower pressure. It was a bit inconsistent.

the breakfast provided included coffee, tea, and orange juice. there were also toast and bagels, alongside croissants and muffins! non-fat yogurt and various kinds of milk were available.

central and convenient stay
central location easy sightseeing early luggage drop-off rooftop terrace
The hotel's location made sightseeing simple (everything was a short walk!). upon arrival, i could drop my luggage off early. This allowed me to explore without any extra baggage. my room was very clean. the rooftop terrace gave nice views.
the bathroom felt a bit small.

my queen room included a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and an iron with an ironing board. blackout curtains were installed. there was a full-length mirror perfect for checking outfits before heading out for the day.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially liked that they stored my luggage after checkout. this meant i could make the most of my last day (without lugging bags around!).

charming stay!
helpful staff lovely touch great location
I totally loved my visit! the staff was super helpful, and i especially appreciated the bottled water and milk in the fridge. It was a lovely touch. i found the breakfast quite good with many different options available. plus, the location couldn't be better since it's close to many restaurants and broadway theaters!
The plastic flowers and plants in the hallway weren't very attractive. I think real plants would greatly improve the atmosphere.
